RETURN POLICY

 

ONLINE POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch of the goods; any refunds requested outside of this 14 day period will be offered an exchange only, unless faulty. An exchange can be requested within 28 days of dispatch of the goods. An exchange or refund can be requested using the contact form, which can be found on the 'Contact' page.

 

B&C Jewellers will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item, or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:

  • All tags and labels must be retained on the item, as received. 
     

  • All packaging and documentation that comes with the item must be returned.   
     

  • We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.

 

As our earrings are not in a sealed packet, we cannot accept returns on earrings due to UK Health and Hygiene regulations, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. 

 

Our returns policy applies to any watch or item of jewellery purchased online, directly from B&C Jewellers
